Michaela graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Human Services and Counseling from Lindsey Wilson College in 2018. Since then she has worked in various mental health related jobs ranging from supervising a residential psychiatric facility for girls age 8-12 to case management. In 2020, Michaela returned to Lindsey Wilson College and received her MEd in Counseling and Human Development. Michaela is currently a LPCA but is working to become a LPCC. Michaela states, "My job as a therapist is to help people get out of therapy. I want to give others the skills they need to be able to live a life without me". Michaela's focus is on educating clients about their diagnosis', helping clients set and meet goals, and empowering clients.
