Kristal graduated from Lindsey Wilson College in 2004 with a graduate degree in Counseling and Human Development. She was a Graduate Assistant for Dr. Angelia Bryant where she learned to teach undergraduate Group Counseling and Practicum I where she taught how to do practicums and resumes. Kristal worked under the supervision of the renowned Dr. Jeff Crane for two years.  Kristal has practiced since 2002. She has worked as a counselor to high risk freshman at LWC. She has worked at the state level to train foster parents in Ashland, KY. Kristal met her husband in Ashland, KY and they moved back to her home town to Russell County in 2011. Kristal worked at Spectrum Care Academy as a Therapist and then as Interim Clinical Director. Kristal worked as the Adanta School Therapist and the Therapeutic Rehabilitation Therapist from 2012 to 2018. Kristal was then hired by CFMC for Casey County Schools where she went as one therapist to six and urged the company to begin TCM which resulted in two TCM’s and TCM’s within the various counties. Kristal can work with any population. She promises quick results to schools who are having issues with students struggling. Kristal can recognize Autism and ADHD and can provide quick remedies due to long standing collaborative efforts with medical providers.
