I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, graduate of Louisville Presbyterian Seminary, and a very happy transplant from the Louisville area. I provide individual, couples, and family therapy for adolescents and adults, and believe, while we sometimes wound each other, we are relational beings who recover and thrive in relationship with one another.
My areas of interest include depression, anxiety, life transition adjustments, grief and bereavement, premarital counseling, parenting, trauma recovery, borderline personality disorder, preparation for and recovery from bariatric surgery, and recovery from intimate partner violence. While I use traditional talk therapy, I also use play and expressive therapy when called for.
I’m a Prepare and Enrich facilitator, conduct parenting skills training, and have hosted trauma recovery, grief, and parenting support groups.
Sometimes life gets difficult. You don’t have to face it all by yourself.
