Holly Osterman is a Clinical Mental Health Therapist in Glasgow, Kentucky. She received her Master's at Western Kentucky University in 2020. Holly is currently working toward her L.P.C.C. licensure. She caters to each client’s therapeutic needs focusing on an eclectic approach for individuals. She is trained in evidence-based practices including CBT, DBT, EMDR, and TF-CBT. Holly has experience working with adults, teens, children, and families and has had experience with providing services in different areas including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, ADHD, OCD, bipolar, schizophrenia, relationship challenges, alcohol use, substance use, and other life experiences. She currently provides psychoeducational groups for anger management and parenting. Holly describes herself as having a down-to-earth nature, a sense of humor, and a personable demeanor. She believes that each person will have a different journey in life and all have healing properties within to achieve a wholeness of self.
