Donna is a 2001 graduate from Lindsey Wilson College with a Master's Degree in Human Services and Counseling. She has 20 plus years of experience in the Mental Health Field in a variety of settings including outpatient clinics, crisis intervention, residential, corrections, and private practice. She provides services in many different areas that include Depression and Bipolar Disorder, Anxiety Disorders, Behavioral and Discipline Challenges, Self-harm Behavior, Anger and Stress Management, Trauma and Abuse, PTSD, Suicide Assessment and Risk Reduction and Chronic Mental Illness. Donna is trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Reality Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Crisis Intervention. She continues to seek ongoing updates to her skills and knowledge base. Donna works with her clients utilizing their strengths to help them sort out their challenges and achieve their goals.
